I'm not sure, my turtle is a decent hunter, but maybe if you fed one to himeoff feeding tongs or your fingers (just watch out for you fingers, but I hand feed my turtle all the time) he will get the idea that fish taste good.

Some turtles aren't interested in eating fish. Maybe this is true of yours.

I've heard of turtle too, who live with fish for years without taking a bite at them, and then all of the sudden, the fish disappear.

Or, like marisa said, he just doesn't like fish.

I haven't given my turtles any fish yet. Not that I don't think they'll go for them, it's just that I know seeing them get disemboweled would drive my mother crazy.

I just gave slider (5") a dozen fish 2 hrs ago and they are all gone already! And he gets pellets daily and has plants he eats too.
I some times wish he didn't like fish so much. :-)

Maybe if you hold the fish and swirl it back and forth slowly through the water. After all, if your turtle will take the fish from your hand, maybe seeing your hand moving it around will entice your turtle more to chase the fish.
