Feeding and Nutrition :: how to get Luckie to eat something else

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Ok so Luckie is doing very well. But all I can get him to eat is tuna and I've seen him eat the plants that are in his tank as well.
I've tried 3 different types of pellets and jello shots. All he does is bites them and then spits them out.
I'm ok with feeding him tuna but I would think its not good to just feed the one item. I think I will try scrambled eggs sometime thIs week.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

I recently tried feeding my turtles some apple. They loved it.

and can try soaking the pellets in tuna water to give them the smell of tuna.
I have 4 baby RES. Their names are, Bob, Motzarella, Mr.Turtle, and Mrs. Turtle.
