So I hear that feeding the fruit of the head of cauliflower is bad for RES (well, not bad... but not good). Does this same rule of thumb apply for the greens off of it? Basic botany would dictate that the chemical composition of the greens would be completely different than the fruit.

Does anyone have any clue to things like if it's high in oxalic acid, phosphorous or anything like that? It would be great if it's ok for them as we go through a lot of cauliflower (house of vegetarians... it happens).

Greens are usually better, but I haven't been able to track it down it's nutritional content. I would suppose a small amount would not pose any harm.

That's good to hear. I figure it's probably not the best, but you could do worse.
