I would get some cuttlebone. Reptomin is pretty good for nutrients, but no pellet has 100% what they need. You should be able to find it in the bird section of a pet store.
As was mentioned, cut back both the reptotreats and shrimp to once a month, max.
For veg, there are a lot of options (check out the feeding sticky, and the feeding page on the main site). If there's a veggie that you're eating, then there's a good chance that your turt can eat it too. Even frozen veggies are fine, although limit the "common" frozen veggies like peas, corn and beans.
