try dipping pellets in tuna juice from canned tuna goods.

or try some treats, like strawberries or freeze dried shrimp.
something that you dont usually give her because its a treat

Try reading some of the feeding information on the site. There are lists for what's good to give (and not good to give). Feeding one food all the time isn't good---your turtle needs a balanced and varied diet.
