Try tough love.

Feed nothing other than veggies for say a week. Don't do tomatoes though, they are on the limited usage list, so they should only be fed like once a month or once every 2 weeks.

Your turts will be so hungry that they will eat the veggies.

Don't give in and feed pellets, or feeder fish because that will just ruin the tough love approach.

Try to throw in some aquatic plants in there. If they don't eat them, then at least you have some tank decoration.

I used to soak my greens in tuna water. He associates green with good now, and will eat anything I put in.

my babies hated the greens for a long time then I got Anacharis, Holy cow they loved it and then I took red leaf lettuce washed and rolled it up tight and then sliced real thin strips across the top so it kinda resembled the Anacharis when it floats they fell for it and now eat lettuce great try putting small pieces in the size of the heads not so intimadating just keep doing it they will eat it soon as it becomes the norm to them/good luck. Also 1 or 2 times a month wash some blueberries and slice in half and drop them in you can try small pieces of apple too no skin, Or grapes. It takes awhile but they finally cave, just do 1 thing at a time till they get used to it then after they go for it do the lettuce daily...and pellets everyother day for their 5 inch one and every day for 2incher but lettuce first then after it eats the lettuce give the baby pellets

My turts will eat lettuce, but don't go crazy for it. I will tear it up and leave it and then come back an hour or so later and...look all gone!
When I feed them pellets the go crazy. Yesterday they had meal worms with I only give them every two weeks or so and watermellon. The watermellon took time but they did eat it and it was just a treat. Today will be more boring lettuce and a half amount of pellets as it is time to clean the tanks. From what I have read they can go days and longer without food. They, like my turts, are beggers.
Good luck!
