Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

How good is it for her? She gets it daily. I occasionally give her other foods (vegies, live fish etc.) but this is her main diet.

here are the main ingredients:

Carrots, Anacharis, Krill, Romaine Lettuce, Turnip, Pollock, Bloodworms, Dandelion Greens, Spirulina, Algin Menhaden Oil, Vitamins and calcium

sorry if this has been talked about before. i searched but didnt find anything.

It looks like basically the same thing as the San Francisco Bay frozen aquatic turtle diet. I give it to my turtle occasionally, but not as a staple. Carrots are the main ingredient, so it's probably a little high in sugar, but it does have a lot of good stuff in it. It would probably be good to alternate it with pellets, and offer fresh greens daily.

It is the same thing as SFB Aquatic Turtle diet (don't know why it's now the called the adult formula, though---I used to give it to my turtle's when they were small hatchlings).

I think it's quite good as part of the overall diet and offer it weekly to my turtles. Just curious, but if your turtle gets it daily, how much do you give her at a feeding?

Well, most of it's moisture, so I don't think you're overdoing it. I usually give it in place of some of the veggie I'd normally give, but if it's a pellet day, they still get some pellets.

My hatchling gets half a cube once a week, he loves the stuff and it tricks him into eating carrots!

I just gave a cube to Sylar today in place of pellets and he went right for it! He REALLY likes it. It looks like it's kinda messy though.

I think the faintly fishy smell makes it attractive to them. And it is messy. I used to feed it in a separate container of water. Now my turtles get some of it before I'm going to do some cleaning or at least a partial water change.
