I am feeding my turtle Reptomin Baby pellets. His shell is 2inches long. When do I switch to regular Reptomin?

Whenever you want. Regular Reptomin is cheaper and comes in bigger pieces. I'd make sure you're offering cuttlebone too.

I fed my baby turtle the regular Reptomin from the beginning, I just broke it into smaller pieces, like into 3rds or halves now. So, whenever you run out, just buy the regular stuff from now on, and break it if you think he needs the help.
