My res just took the first few bites from a piece of carrot, is it something I should feed often?

One of mine loves carrots. It's probably good excercise and cleaning for their beak and nails too, if you give them baby carrots. Although, it looks like they're wearing orange lipstick.

Wow, thank you Cramer for posting that statement "wearing orange lipstick." I totally panicked cuz my husband gave Mikey a couple shreds of carrot a couple days in a row and I thought he was turning orange (like people can turn if they eat too much beta carotene)! At least I know it's common!

Hey Cramer, I actually got Mikey from the Warrensburg Garage Sale last September. I don't know which direction you are 30 minutes from (since I discovered that "upstate NY" encompasses like half of the state), but I bet you know where Warrensburg is!

Yeah, and after I got him, *everyone* was asking where I got him at. I love that garage sale, esp seeing the special breed cats, I'd love to buy one but they cost a lot and my two girls wouldn't be happy with me.
