Was eating some and thought it would be okay to give him? Anyone feed their RES lox before?

Is it salted at all? They probably shouldn't eat salty things.

Read the ingredients. If all it says is salmon, it's ok to give him a little bit as a special treat.

I love salmon and often buy the canned kind, which has some salt added. I rinse small pieces and some of the bones well and occasionally give them some of that (they had some yesterday, actually). I'm not sure I'd give the smoked one, although a small amount once as a treat probably wouldn't hurt.
