Sunken Rubbermai Stock Tank

Has anyone ever used a Rubbermaid stock tank as a below ground level pond. I was thinking of creating a pond using a Rubbermaid 300 gallon stock tank.
I was just curious how that type of material would hold up being exposed to soil and the other elements that are in the ground.

It would be fine. I have a sunken preformed pond and they're both made with the same materials.

Actually stock tanks made of plastic that is way strong then preformed ponds.

I just bought a Stock Tank from Tractor Supply Co. the 100 Gal is 69.99, the 150 Gal is 124.99, and the 300 Gal is $209.99. The 300 Gal is HUGE.
The tanks are actually some kind of Very dense foam, it's called foam anyway. But it looks nothing like it. Oh Yeah, these are very tough!
