Does anyone else get paranoid when they rearrange their turtles tank and they don't bask for awhile? Lol I had to do a 100% water change tonight and did some rearranging to give them more swimming space and larger basking area. Neither has basked since I finished.
Also, is there any way to prop up my basking light so it isn't too close to the platform, but yet won't be blocked? It's the kind that is made to sit on the wire lid. Right now its really close, but the temp is still ok.

What kind of basking light/lamp do you have? 2 days of no basking is when I start to investigate

I am going through this right now. Just moved my two Maps into a larger stock tank and as far as I know they have been too tramautized to bask as of yet. At least I haven't seen them bask and I am getting worried too. Its been 5 days.

Ya that zilla light setup seems annoying no way to mod it cause has to sit on the wire mesh and wire mesh causes a loss of some UVB rays. I'd personally cut a hole in the wire mess where the light sits. And if you need to raise it just an inch or so DIY some type of spacer so the lamp is just raised a bit off the lid.
