I'm looking to upgrade my filter, I have a 20 gallon tank but my filter isn't very good. Just wondering what you all would recommend, looking for an investment for when my turtle gets bigger.. he's only about 2" long right now  would appreciate the help :)

Do you know if your next tank will be the final upgrade? What kind of filter do you have now?

I have the tetra-reptofilter for up to 20 gallon tanks, it works Ok or now I guess but I would like to get a new one. I am going to be ugrading to a 55 + gallon as soon as I find a good deal on one, so hopefully within a month or so.

The XP3 would be good for a tank 55-100 gallons. I would recommend the FX5 for tanks 100 gallons and larger.

FX5

Scales to bigger tank
Holds a TON more media
Less frequent cleanings
Better filter
Xp3 is $140, FX5 is $200

Xp3 on anything bigger than a 55 and you'll be cleaning it often.
