so lately iv noticed a air stone in two of my tanks are almost not working. they both have like 1 or 2 little bubbles out of what should be like 900 holes lol. I was wondering if anyone knows how to clean them to make them start working or do i just have to buy a new air stone?

You can try plain white vinegar to clean them. Rinse well. Otherwise just replace... they do clog and go bad after a while.
