Habitat - Indoor :: need supplies

i have gotten a substitute for tank but need other supplies plz give me the cheapest petstore or other place to buy supplies. and another thing if a i have a 3 inch turtle and a tank 38 gallons can i get another turtle any ideas plz

Check out craigslist and other sites like it. Bigalsonline has some good deals from time to time as well. I've also used lllreptile.

A 38 gallon tank is a good home for the turtle you have. I would not recommend getting another turtle for that tank.
