Finally, after arguing with my parents, I managed to get some things for my baby turtle.
I want to know if this is good enough for him, his shell is about 1 1/4"

20 Gallon Tank

AquaClear PowerFilter 30 (150 gph)

ZooMed Turtle Dock

75W Infrared Heat Lamp from Exo Terra

Top Fin 150W Aquarium Heater

I still need to buy a UVB Light and a thermometer for my water and I also might return my 150W Water Heater for a 100W to fit my tank size better. Also, I would like to know if my water filter is good enough to last for now for my turtle since he's still a hatchling.

all the equipment you have so far is good. You're right about the light and the heater. Also, get some egg crate or something similar for the top of your tank. It will allow the light into the tank and will prevent escape. Once the essentials are set up, look for some tall plants or similar decorations so the turtle has something to rest on while swimming.

You need to put something over the tank, he can easily escape with the water level that high and no cover.
