i was just gonna build it and suprise ppl but i know how there are so many ppl who post about ATBA and canopies so i just thougth it share. the front of this canopy is going to be two pieces of framed plexi glass doors. so that is probably going to be the hardest part to do.

ok, so i know most ppl forgot about this thread but after going on vacation and working so much i finally managed to do a little work tonight. all i did was cut everything. I cut holes for the filter as well as the under-gravel jet system i have, i also cut the stops which i will take pictures of after they are installed. i was gonna stain it too but discovered my stain is not where it should be. so here is a pic of the front of the tank with the windows cut out

as of right now its not. for nwo its just going to be liek a wall, the water will be filled up the whole way but the dock will still be the basking platform. when myrtle becomes to heavy for the dock or i just feel like (s)he feels cramped it will be very simple to modify.

things left to do:
put on doors
attach two "clamp spots"
