Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Has anyone successfully made their Turtle Topper fit on a > 55 gallon tank? I just upgraded to a 60 gallon and the tank width is just a few inches wider than the topper. I was thinking of laying two strips of glass on each side of the topper that runs the length of the aquarium. Hmmm....any ideas?

I don't have the topper, but I don't think I would try glass strips. Anyway to build a platform underneath it?

I remember someone mentioning that they used wood to rest the topper on. I think anything that can hold the weight of your turtles inside the topper would work though. Just not something too thick or you will have to extend the ramp somehow.
