Can my turtle get sunburned from mirror tint?

I want to mirror tint my plexi glass basking area. Mainly to block UVB rays but I also think it will make my turtle feel safer while basking. Can the reflective tint cause him to get sunburned?

I dont think a turtle will get sun burnt, i think they will go in the water before they get TOOO Hot

If you are using an fluorescent uvb light it wont happen,until you put it 1/2 inch from his nose.
