well theres a lot of bubbles on the surface of my more fairly new set up. but not in the other tank. almost like a film layer and bubbles. as if there was soap in it. but theres no soap in it. is it because theres no agitation to the surface of the water. cuz in my other tank i have a spray bar to agitate the water. any suggestions what i should do? could reptisafe do this? its possible i could have put to much in but i dont know....

Yup, it's from a lack of surface agitation. Can you add a bubble wand in there or reposition the filter?
