what aquatic/semi aquatic plants that won't be eaten by red-ear sliders?

Unfortunately there really aren't any. RES are eager to destroy pretty much anything they can inside their tanks.

I use the thick plastic plants made for terrariums. There's a suction cup that holds up under water, and even my large res (10in) didn't bite thru it. I've been using them for years.

My little turtle hase eaten the plastic plant as well. He eats anything in his tank. He LOVES aquatic plants... but you can grow your own Anacharis and just keep replenishing from your supply There's a how to page somewhere on the board.
