I took out most of my rocks the other day.. and low and behold the bottom of my tank was very dirty, and I need to know how to clean it . I was thinking of getting a gravel cleaner and to try to suck it up with that . Than I say this thing called a python.

I know many of you guys us the python to suck up all the water,but could it be used this way too.

Pythons are gravel cleaners, they are just powered by water pressure instead of suction. So you can use them to remove or add water and to remove any debris from the tank.

So you would go with a python and not just a a normal gravel cleaner .

Go with a python. It'll help you with your water changes as well.
