Like like the out rim of his shell is uneven . Is this something to worry about ?

That picture is so blurry your turtle looks like a pancake.
I can see the edges you're referring to though.
What size tank is your turtle in? A lot of times when turtles are in too small of a tank, you'll see that curving.

I just got him so I am not sure. He is like a inch. I am going to drop in to a 10 gal. For a while than add him to my 55 gal.

What kind of turtle is he?
