Habitat - Indoor :: Blue Plant Bulbs???

Hi, Does anyone know or has anyone tried the 60 watt Blue Plant Bulbs they r incandescant...Just wonder if it put out enough heat I thought it might be softer on the eyes. I bought one to see how it looked but havent tested the output of heat, It does have a nice sun glow right in the center of it but not as harsh as a white one. TIA

If it is incandescent, then it will produce heat.

Should be fine because it is 60 watt.

Make sure the basking area is 90-95F though.
