Habitat - Indoor :: New Turtle Setup; basking problems.

I'm almost finished with my new turtle setup!

I got a new 60 gallon tank with a new filter, heater, thermometer, and uvb/uva light. I'm still thinking about adding a little hideout so my turtle can have some privacy or maybe a few plants and decorations. But for now, it's simple.

I also recently built a turtle ramp/basking area and I was wondering if the ramp was too hard to climb up for my turtle. She hasn't been basking on it and I tried putting some food on it to entice my turtle, but she just clings onto the ramp and looks at it and swims away. I also checked the temperatures comparing the water temp to the basking temp. The basking temp is about 85F+ and my water temperature is about 73F. I read some of the other threads with the same problems, and I think I still need to give my turtle a little more time to get used to her setup. I'm just not sure if the ramp is suitable for her to climb up on. Here are some pictures:

That's a pretty basking ramp, but I'm wondering if those marbles are too slippery for her to get a grip on them?
I'd give her a few days and see if it's just uncertainty about the new basking area or if she's really unable to access it.

Is the uvb lamp the one that is sideways? If it is that needs to be directly above them or it will irritate their eyes. I would think she should be able to climb it. I have suction cups on my ramp and my turtle gets up those fine.

From the pictures it looks like the ramp may be a little steep? Or slippery maybe. Anyways...it's a really pretty dock and the whole setup is very well coordinated.

Can you raise the basking temp a few degrees? If you can get it closer to 90 degrees it may be more appealing to your turtle. My turtle likes it at around 93 degrees.
