Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

hey i just upgraded from a 10 gallon tank to a 54 gallon corner tank for my 4 month old turtle about 3.5 inches in shell length -- well deserved for my turtle -- i just had a quick question, should the tank's size matter as far as being a 54 gallon tank long versus lets a corner tank, or should a corner tank suffice just as well?

Width is much better than height. This link has some sizes that are fairly common: www.redearslider.com/calculator.html
