As I told you before I was getting a free 30 gallon tank for free, long story, but im gonna tell you anyways in a short version of it. First, I go to church, and now I have a 5 gallon tank [dont get me wrong] and im upgrading a BIG time so I go to church and theres this person whos giving away a free aquarium along with fish and decorations and filters, clamp lamps, heaters and everything and I SAVED ABOUT 600 dollars! Im getting the tank next weekend:]

Now I went to this persons house today and they used to own turtles and they overfed it so it died T.T and then they had left over food and I saw it and i was like OMG can i have that? and they were like yes and i was like YAY! i saved anther 5 bucks =3
i feel accomplished:]
i'll post pics whenever I get the tank set up already....

Get a tape measure and measure it. There's a calculator on the info pages to determine approximate gallons. It's useful to know. And about the food, make sure it hasn't expired or molded or anything. I wouldn't trust any food someone else gave me ... And make sure the filter will work for a turtle, otherwise, you might need a different filter. Congrats on the find, though!
