Habitat - Indoor :: about rocks

Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

My sis in law had those semi small rocks. I sold her a bigger tank and she didn't use the rocks. Well, her turtle, about 6 in or so, pooped rocks out for about two weeks. No lie. Just wanted to put that out there.

Yes. Small rocks are very dangerous for turtles. That is very lucky that the turtle didn't get very sick and all stuffed up with rocks and die.

Yeah that is a very good things that you took out the rocks and they passed through her pretty well. It could have been a lot worse

The best rocks for turtles are smooth river rocks. IMO
