whats the best and cheapest place to get a big big tank for ur turtles?
can you go to a glass place and have one made and it cost less then going to the petshop and getting a fish tank?

If you live close to it, you could get it there but If i were to ship something to my house, It would come out to like 2oo something in shipping, so depending on where you live a petshop might be you best place to get one. But you should check the site out.

55 Gallon tank at Petsmart is 120 around here. They dont have anything bigger around here atleast.

Depending on where you live in NJ, the closest drop-off point would be Allentown PA, White Plains NY, or Baltimore MD. The factory it-self, is in Nashville, Tennessee.

WOOO! Jersey rocks!

Go to animals and things in woodbridge, they have decent price tanks. No matter where you live in jersey it shouldnt be more than 45 minutes away.

Glasstanks does seem to be a good deal, and if you're close to drop off/pick up locations, you save a ton in shipping.
Just buying the glass and having one made is pretty expensive... custom glass is pricey.
If you don't mind used tanks you can often find good deals in the classifieds and on craigslist.
Some petstores also carry large tanks, call around.

im really from indiana only reason i moved to jersey is to be with my hubby who i met online on a game called dark age of camelot anyway jersey is cool i guess but i do miss indiana haha so woodbridge huh cool thanks

When I was looking around for my tank, I considered glasscages.com... But I decided it wasn't worth it when, even though the base price for the tank was a great deal, the total cost would have come to somewhere around 1,200$ because of the shipping... I live more than 700 miles from the nearest drop point for their aquariums... and frieght shipping is not cheap (the shipping came to more than the price of the tank)

I found a lot of really good tank offers on craigslist so you might want to check that. I just got a 50 gallon with a stand and all sorts of extra stuff (two buckets full, plus the buckets! haha) for $100 and an extra 10 gallon for free.
