For live feeders, goldfish aren't the best to give---they're fatty and are more prone to having parasites than some other fish. Guppies and minnows would be better. And 10 sounds like a lot for such little guys.

I can't tell from the pics---do they have a submersible water heater? A UVB light?

i do have water heater but the temperture of the water is 76 without the heater, and i do have both uva and uvb light, ALSO THEY EAT A LITTLE OF THE FOOD I PUT IN FOR THE GOLDFISH, I LOOKED AT THE GOLD FISH LABEL AND ITS HAS A LOT OF THE SAME INGREDIENTS AS THE TURTLE FOOD, I JUSTED WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS WAS OK?

it's ok if they eat some of the left over fish food. My minnows do just the opposite. When the turtle's in the tank with the minnows, I feed pellets to the turtle and the minnows sneak a little.

How many goldfish are left at this point? They can finish off these and down the road when it's time to give them a treat you can give them rosie red minnows or guppies.

I would start looking for a better dock / basking area. I'd also used natural river rock instead of those colored ones because I've seen those leach out their color.

Very cute turtles!

It's okay for them to eat the fish, but goldfish aren't the best for them to eat. Give them minnows or guppies. What you DON'T want to do is buy fish for the sake of having fish and getting attached to them. I've read many-a-post of people angry at their turtles because they ate their favorite fish, lol.

Nice tank! Basking dock is ok for now, but I think Steve is worried that once the turtles get older/bigger, they will be too heavy for it & it won't hold them.

I get natural river rocks from all those parking lots where they fill in the grassy areas with rocks. They are the bigger, rounder rocks (usually around 2 inches long & smooth), not the tiny white sharp gravel rocks ones. I never had to spend money for river rocks.

I had something similar and my turtle could not get on it no matter how hard she tried. She was larger than your turtles, so that does make a difference. In a couple of months it will be a different story.
