I just got a 55 gallon tank and I am wondering-
1. Where do I buy the cool little bubble making contraption?
2. Is it okay to buy the LED "moonlight" lights for the tank? I'm thinking the basking light by day, and the moonlight by night, to give the tank that cool moonlight effect.

for the "bubble making contraption" is probably available at your pet store.
As for the lights.. If they are to bright they may disturb your turtles sleeping cycle.

Even a little light keeps my turtles up. As for the bubbles, look for something called a "bubble wand".
