hey guys next friday im going to start building my tank its going to be 6 1/2 ft long 2 ft wide and 1 1/2 ft tall heres a card board replica of what it will look like cept glass also building an out of the water basking area and my own wooden stand for the tank cant wait!!!!

That's going to be a really sweet tank when it's done! Have you worked with glass before? Those tank walls are going to be very heavy.

Ya i know im going to have to use 2 or 3 2"-2 1/2" braces from the front peice to the back piece to help.

for filtration i think one rena Xp4 would do the trick has anyone had experiance with the Xp4?

You should take a look at the Fluval FX-5. I got one and it's awesome!
