Habitat - Indoor :: best place to get river rock?

Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Ah---putting the two words together made me think of planes
(airlines vs. air lines). :D

If you go to a craft store like Michaels, the tag on some of the rocks says they're OK for aquariums (rinse first), on others the tag says not for aquariums. I don't know what the difference is, but I've always stuck with the aquarium-safe ones.

this is where ive gotten my rocks from. he's very good and very quick on shipment and delivery, and prices too.

I got my river rocks from the dollar store. It was a little time intensive since the bag says "Jumbo" but I had to spill it all out and pick through the rocks and remove the ones that could be swallowed eventually. 20 bucks worth of rocks covered the whole bottom of my 40gal
