I just got some feeder fish (minnows or goldfish) the little silver and orange ones that are around 10 cents a piece to put in the lake. I took to bigger ones and put them in a little container. But i was wondering if they are big enough can i put them in his tank. I have the bottle right by my hatchlings tank and he is constently watching them. he gets on his basking spot and watches them also.

Don't put big goldfish in his tank. Goldfish require cooler water temps and they produce a LOT of waste. Turtles produce even MORE and that can be bad for the goldfish. Plus, the turtle would keep on nipping chunks out of the poor goldfish and thats torture for the fish.

but the little minnows and guppies are ok
