Habitat - Indoor :: algae in the tank

I am having trouble with algae in the tank. I have a small 2 1/2 inch RES, and I was wondering if there is anything that will live in the tank with him that could help me control this problem?

Welcome to the forum!

The best thing to do is make sure you don't overfeed your turtle, remove all uneaten food after he's done eating, don't put the tank in direct sunlight, make sure you have a decent water filter, do partial water changes regularly.

What's your tank setup like (size, heater, filter, lighting, basking area, water temperature, basking temperature, decorations, etc.)?
