Hello i'm now upgrading to a 108+ gallon tank and I'm just wondering how many gallons is the xp3 or xp4 rated?

Accoring to http://www.planetrena.com/Rena-XP-Filstar-Filters.html, the XP4 is rated for 260 Gallons. Your tank is well within half of that, so you should be good to go with the XP4. The XP3 is rated for 175 gallons, but I'm sure you could get away with it with frequent enough water changes.
