Habitat - Indoor :: 3M antiskid tape and double faced tape toxic?

I bought 3M antiskid tape for showers to use it on the ramp that goes to the basking platform cos my turtles are unable to climb it, too slippery, i also plan to use double faced tape in order to secure the ramp onto the platform, do you think any of these can be toxic? cheerio

Can you use aquarium sealant instead?

What is the ramp and platform made of? Aquarium silicone is a good option in most cases...
