Hello I have 4 turtles all adult sizes 2 males 2 females they live in a tub we don't use everytime I put water in there couple hours pass and it gets cold how do I make the water stay warm and what else do I need please help

Do you have a water heater? A UVB lamp + heat lamp? How about thermometers? You can read the Basic Care section on the Main page.
