can anyone help me my baby turtls hvnt basked in 3 days sense i cleaned it and moved stuff around im concerned should i force bask them?

I would say having a heat lamp could induce basking, as a UVB bulb alone wouldn't produce any heat at all.. thus not stimulating enough for them to bask

What's the basking temperature? Water temperature?

water is 75 and basking is 95 i used to have the heat light pointing on the ramp to my diy turtle topper and like 15 min ago i made it point at the ramp again and the uvb light over the ramp and whole turtle topper so they should use it ill post tmwr if they do or not

they still hvnt basked yet should i use my black heat light tonight to see if they bask when i turn off the uvb and day time heat light or just waite for tmrw to see if they bask tmrw

ive seen one of my babies (squirt) bask he was yesterday and this morning when i turned the lights on

No, don't use a black heat light with them. Can you post a picture of your tanks?
