Looks great!! I have the tall version of that tank!I only waited 24 hours when I got mine (150 gallon).. they had no eye irritation or anything so I think its safe

That looks really nice. Come decorate my tank please!

Let's see... Fluval 405 right? That's 340 gph but it's a bypass design so figure 300 gph passes through the filter media. You turn your tank volume over 3x per hour x 24 hours. If you've had carbon in the filter the entire time...you're probably good.

Nice looking tank. Are you going to have separate lighting for his basking area? Also hi to a fellow idahoan - boise here.

Well hello fellow turtle loving Idahoan! This picture was before it was all the way set up ;) His lights are all in place now.
