yeah I could paint the divider then, u mean the light fixture in the middle of the two things?
I don't think so, its heavy and those bars hold my tank from collasping, so I don't want to put too much weight on that.
there would be one uvb/uva bulb in the middle? or should i have two?

and the basking thing , how high should it be? i mean the wall that encloses them, since my light would go over top of it.

Should i have the basking area enclosed but not on the top? How can I put the light over top :O

Well, if you can't put the fixture in the middle, then you will have to look for another way. Be careful of using eggcrate for a divider as they have been scaled before.

yeah I'd rather put it on 2 sides =/ ill have two cork barks or even that kind of basking dock in jayseas picture.
i still dunno how high the basking enclousure of the atba should be .
and how the top should look like

Jaysea didn't have a cover or top, but he has the sides high and study enough to support the lamps.

should i have mine lower and enclosed with wiring at top so i can put the laps over? is that too close to the turtles?

What do you mean by lap? How much room (in inches) is it?
