Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Just wondering, should I mist the tank? I see they sell all these humidity items in the pet store, but I cant afford to buy anything else right now, can I just use a spritzer bottle and keep it humid myself, or is this not even necessary?? :?

Edit; just to be clear, im not a cheapo lol, this turtle was unexpected, I did not buy her, she's a "rescue" so im trying to learn all I can in this short amount of time, I have spent double on what I should have because the first tank was to small, and the filter inadequate,(no returns) so the last month this little gal has taken over lol, so If it i's a necessity, I will get one, but like I said my cash flow isn't the greatest, so Im just looking for a cheaper option.

You don't need to worry about mist or humidity for a turtle. They need water to swim and a basking area they can crawl up onto to dry off and regulate temp. The water needs to be about 76 degrees. The basking area needs to be 86-90 degrees. The basking area also needs UVA and UVB light.
