Realisticly (sp?) as long as I'm not knocking myself into the stand or what not (shakinbg it around) it should be ok as long as the floor holds up. I live in a mobile home so some bracing would need to be done to pull the weight into the cement slabe / foundation.

As far as the stand goes it is solidly built and the way all the boards braces screw into eachother makes it that much more sturdy as once I said before compared to alot of these store build stands that looks like I wouldnt even be able to sit on. I havent tried it yet but I'm confident enough I could lay on my stand like a bed and I am just over 300lbs at 6'6 which is probably 4 times the wight of an empty tank. Even with water in it I think I'll be alright.

Ohhhhhhhhh, I meant not to be indelicate!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I haven't named my two adorable turtles yet. I am taking too long, because it means too much, I guess. But, nothing to Klingon-ish. Something cool like Niko's name. A boy and a girl.
Take care,
V Lou
