I think that red bulb is one of those "moonlight bulbs". Maybe some type of infared. Does it give off intense light, or heat? Or both?(I'm thinking MVB too, but I've never seen a MVB bulb so I couldn't pick one out of a line-up).

um, idk i can try it out.. what about the one i put pictures up about? it talks about 60 watt bulb and stuff, doesnt say what it is though?

That's a zoomed UVA bulb.....Good for heat and UVA, but not UVB.You need to add a UVB as well.

It's also not worth spending money on, because you can get the same result with a regular house bulb.

I already have that bulb at my house, in good condition too, so i should buy a uvb? or what?
