Habitat - Indoor :: Filter Problem...causing film on top of water

recently changed my filter
I got 2 turtles about a yr and a half old
cant afford the big aquarium or huge cannister filters but i'm trying with what i can

I recently got a filter for them, since they were gettin a lil bigger...y not?
but when i checked in on them today, there was the same problem i was having with the smaller version of the filter

the water that is being sprayed back into the aquarium is not keeping the water transparent

in fact, the top of the water becomes covered in what can best be described as "large amts of small bubbles".
U would think they would just pop and everything would be normal...but it's weird..
it doesnt....

and the filter was put in this weekend btw...so that is definitely not the prob.

Hey man please post up some basic info first.

1) Size of Tank

2) Amount of water you have in the tank

3) Type of filter

Sounds like the filter isn't able to keep up with the amount of waste the turtles are producing. Sorry to say, but without a properly sized tank and filter you're going to have water quality issues. How big is the tank and what kind of filter is it? There are options other than traditional aquariums that you could look into to save money. Stock tanks are much cheaper than aquariums, and are a great budget option.
