It's so helpful to know things like the real name and the section. Will and I go into hardware stores all the time to get stuff for Mikey and we find that it's just easier to bring pictures of what we want because the people (unless we can find a fellow herper, which we did once) have no clue what we are talking about. The first time I went looking for a dome lamp, it took twenty minutes and three clerks to figure out what I was talking about. I ended up having to draw them a picture of what I was talking about.
