I was thinking it would be awesome to combine tanks together, even if they are different lengths, widths, and heights. Or, just two of the same tanks. Instead of buying new tanks, it would be cool to just combine the tanks! 8)

Yes, someone did this and posted pictures, it looked really cool. They took 2 tanks and put them perpendicular to each other and put a basking area in between them with ramps going to each tank. I'm no good and finding stuff on this forum, so perhaps someone else will come along and post a link to that thread.

All it is is a shared basking area. It's not hard to do at all. I think on one of the previous pages there's a diagram and step by step stuff.
