Well, current you would need 5 + 5 + 5 + 6 = 21 x 10 gallons = 210 gallon tank for all four of them. Eventually, you may need as large as a 480 gallon tank ... The downfall to having multiple turtles.
So, you are going to need a massive POND, not a tank, at this point. Since you are talking about an outdoor tank near your gazebo, you should be able to easily put in a standard pond outside and have them live their. You are in KL, I'm going to guess Kuala Lumpur? Looks like you guys stay a constant 90 degrees year round, so you won't need a water heater. You would need some type of basking area, if you have a pond you could probably use a large limb from a tree. You wouldn't need lighting, but you would need to provide shade, approximately 1/3 - 1/2 of the pond should be shaded so they can cool down.
Look into constructing a pond, they make these plastic pond preformed things that you just dig out the ground and stick them in. I don't know if they are available there, but check with a landscaper and see if they have any ideas.
