It sounds like it doesn't include the stand.
I don't think it's a very good deal, because you can get a 55 gallon "kit" from walmart brand new for about the same price.

Even with the stand... I'd skip it. If you are in the market for a tank of that size, wait for petco/petsmart to have their $1 per 1 gallon sale.
