Here are pictures of my setup for two hatchling RES. It is a 20 gallon tank (i know it is too small for the rule of thumb, but thats all we can afford). I have a custom basking platform from pvc pipe, a floor tile, and some lexan bent to make the ramp. Also there are some fake plants and river rock.

Looks nice! You might want to add on to the basking area so that you can add more water to the tank since it's already a bit small. Be on the lookout for sales and cheap used tanks, those little guys are going to grow up fast

Cute tank. Check out craigs list, they are always selling stuff on there. If you could raise the basking area your turtles will thank you for the extra water.

I already raised it once... lol, but now the basking light is just about right to get the temps to 95*. If i raise it up, then i will have to also raise the light.

And craigslist is where i got that tank for 10 bucks. so i was pretty happy about that.

$10 is a good price. Wish I could've found something like that before I bought
my Walmart 10 gallon kit.

Yes they are... your good. Also my brother and my sister sat on them and it held up... so that was like almost 400lbs. So between the two of them, it was good.

That's funny! I spotted that they were Ikea tables, too.
